Good morning and Happy New Year’s Eve! Last year I reviewed my favorite cards of 2015 and thought it would be fun to continue the tradition this year! Last year I chose a card from each month but for 2016 I decided to just pick my personal favorites! Here they are in no particular order:

As I looked back through my favorite cards I was amused to see that five use pink, nine use watercoloring, four are interactive, and nine have some type of iridescent or metallic element. Some of my preferences may change over the years but those four characteristics are definitely engrained in my design aesthetic! 😉
I also wanted to take a moment to acknowledge all of my blog readers, social media followers, and personal cheerleaders! Your comments, likes, shares, and follows are so SO appreciated and you keep me inspired to keep creating! I am so grateful for your support and friendship and look forward to another wonderful year! Your beautiful Holiday Wishes card is a favorite of mine! Love the textures and that adorable retro deer! I keep trying to order that die and it is out of stock again!

Jessica they are all awesome and makes it hard to choose from but since you shared this card first on instagram I was in love!! It’s the candle blowing dragon card that did it for me! Its just genius!! I love it and anyone who receives it will too!! Its so beautiful and the interaction makes it so special!! Jessica your cards are beautiful….a couple of my favourites are Joy, Happily ever after and Summer coffee lovers. It must have been fun picking your favourites. Happy New Year, I look forwards to seeing your 2017 creations.
I really love all of your cards but if I have to choose a favorite I guess it would be the first one ….such gorgeous coloring!
happy new year, you made fab stuff in 2016, my favorite is in here, the little fox looking at a pink/lilac sky, I mean..come on..pink! woot…ok ok i;m more a purple person, but they’re freinds on the colorwheel lol…also the black card with the golden deer and white trees was a favorite too, well done and keep up the good work
All the cards are great, but my favorite is the summer coffee one. I love the coloring and shading but especially love the sentiment.
Your black card with the metallic trees is one of my favorites, but the one that stands out in my mind the most is your reindeer card you did for Mama Elephant back in February with the snow capped mountains and the beautiful blue sky in the background. I absolutely adored that card because I pinned it to try someday… But I never got around to getting that stamp set and was only reminded of that fact when I was browsing my pinned collection while searching for ideas this past Christmas when I was in need of some mojo. 🙂
I can see why these are your faves! Love them all, but especially the Star Wars themed card–my oldest and his bride used this reference heavily leading into the wedding in 2013. Sentimental me!
“When snow falls, nature listens”: this card just resonated with me. It’s simplicity stopped me in my tracks.

Love all your card/projects and this makes it so hard to choose just one. I love the bright colors and sparkles that you use. The bright pink Mondo Peony from Ellen Hutson as well as the Mondo Hydrangea cards. The sparkling butterflies using So Suzy stamps on vellum. You are a very talented lady. Thank you for sharing your beautiful projects.
They are all fabulous, but the bendy card blows my mind!
All such varied cards! My favorites are the two with the rainbows of BLUE, the first, Joy to the… and the Enjoy wasting time… You used the range of blue colors masterfully, Jessica! Happy 2017 to you. ????????

These are all beautiful, but as to a favorite, for me it’s a toss-up between the JOY card and the fox in the snow. I know I’d have been happy to receive either for Christmas!
My favorite is the Winter C9 Challenge card and I get tearful because I’m blessed to have it on my desk this very second.
