Good morning! I have a quick and easy card using the new Big Picture Book dies from Simon Says Stamp’s STAMPtember release!
I have a video for my card that you can watch below or at my YouTube channel!
To start I blended blueprint sketch, mermaid lagoon, peacock feathers, and tumbled glass distress oxide ink onto an A2 panel of white cardstock. I spritzed the panel with water and blotted off the excess. Next I die-cut the cute Big Picture Book Kitty die from Simon Says Stamp fog, slate, black, white, and cotton candy cardstock. I added a little dimension to the pieces by blending fog ink onto the fog and white cardstock, teeny bikini ink onto the cotton candy cardstock, and slate ink onto the slate cardstock.
Next I adhered the kitty to the distress oxide blended panel and trimmed off the overhang. I added a few accents with a white gel pen and spectrum noir clear sparkle. Then I stamped the sentiment from Right Meow with versafine and heat-embossed it with clear embossing powder. Finally I added a little nuvo crystal glaze to the kitty’s nose for a little shine!
Thanks so much for visiting and have an amazing weekend!
