Good morning! STAMPtember exclusive collaboration reveals are over for 2018 but I’m still sharing a few more videos using products from the STAMPtember release earlier this month. These are normal release products and will be carried in the shop (even if some may be out of stock right now!).
I created a video that you can watch below or at my YouTube channel!
First I poured a little blending solution onto my yupo paper first and then added drops of color and mixative before using an air puffer to move the ink around. I added more blending solution and alcohol ink to fill the entire panel and kept puffing the ink around to move and dry it. Once it was mostly dry with only a few tacky spots I pressed a piece of gold foil over the panel and the foil stuck to any tacky areas…no laminator needed! I continued drying the panel and adding more foil.
Once the panel was totally dry I stamped the Ornate Ornaments from Simon Says Stamp with versamark before heat-embossing them with gold tinsel embossing powder and die-cutting them with the coordinating dies. Next I took a versamark pad and swiped it down over a piece of white cardstock. Then I heat-embossed the panel with gold tinsel embossing powder. I stamped the sentiment from Festive Trees onto the panel with versamark and heat-embossed it with the same embossing powder.
I arranged my ornaments over the panel and added gold thread to the top of the ornament holders. I adhered the ornaments with a mix of regular adhesive and foam mounting tape and then taped the ornament strings to the back of the panel before adhering the panel to a white card base. Finally I added a few metallic gold seqins to finish the card!
Thanks so much for visiting and have a fantastic day!
