Busy day on the blog! For my Simon Says Stamp Fun and Festive Blog Hop post please scroll down or click here!
Today I created three clean and simple holiday cards! I always try to have a few mass-produceable designs every year for the inevitable time I need a quick card! My first card uses the absolutely gorgeous Brilliant Baubles set!
It’s rare that I create a one layer card but with intricate designs as beautiful as these all you need is ink! I used Frosty Pink, Cotton Candy, Coral Berry, and Ruby Red to stamp my layered images and added the trendy sentiment in Ruby Red ink!
For my next pair of cards I focused on the smaller sets for these designs!
For the first card I masked off part of the panel and stamped the Poinsettia Pieces in various shades of grey inks. Then I stamped the sentiment from an older set: Holiday Wishes. For the second card I stamped the bottom layer of the flowers onto the panel with versamark and heat-embossed them with white embossing powder. Then I added the second layer with versamark and gold embossing powder. I stamped the sentiment from Brilliant Baubles onto the panel and heat-embossed it with gold embossing powder! Simple but these will definitely be designs I reach for when the holidays get busy! 😉

Your pink card is gorgeous but it looks too fiddly for me to be mass producible. The other two cards are much more my speed. The black card is simple, yet stunning with the contrast in colors.
