Good morning! I’m thrilled to be joining the amazing Altenew design team to celebrate their fabulous July 2018 release! They have a GORGEOUS selection of stamps and dies in this month’s release! I went a little overboard with rainbow florals! 😉
I fell head over heels for the Life is Awesome florals and used my MISTI to crank out a ton of layered flowers using the beautiful shades of Altenew inks!
Then it was just a matter of creating some beautiful floral arrangements!
For the first card I choose a center spot slightly above and to the left of the actual center of my card base and started adhering flowers in a circle. I added more layers and let my arrangement get bigger and bigger until it basically filled the card panel.
Then I die-cut the Simply Said Thank You die three times with black cardstock, adhered them together and adhered them over the florals. I finished the card with a few amethyst jewels.
For my second card I die-cut the Watercolor Stripes die from white cardstock and adhered it to a white card base. Then I added florals across the bottom of the panel to create a loose, organic arrangement.
Next I die-cut the Simply Said Hello die with black cardstock three times, adhered them together and adhered it over the florals. I finished this card with a few purple pansy jewels!
I love all these bright and cheerful flowers with the bold sentiments and I hope you do, too! 😉

Just an explosion of HAPPY on your blog today! 🙂 I love the cards you created with the flowers – the black sentiment dies just really make the colors pop!
