Good afternoon! We have a fun color palette to inspire you this week!
And here’s what I created:
I decided to use the inspiration palette to create a wintery scene. I started by stamping the pine trees in green ink on a piece of blue cardstock! Then I stamped the snow overlay and heat-embossed it with white embossing powder. Next I laid my stencil over the background and applied a thin layer of pearlescent embossing paste. I let that dry while I die-cut the birch trees, bird, and snowbanks from cardstock. I stamped the sentiment on my top snowbank layer and then adhered all of the die-cuts over the panel using regular adhesive and foam mounting tape!
And now it’s your turn to get crafty! We provide an inspiration palette or photo each week but really, the only rule is that you create a holiday card! For even more inspiration, check out what the rest of the Christmas Card Challenges design team has created!
Thanks so much for visiting and have a fantastic day!
