Good morning! This week is Lawn Fawn’s Fawny Holiday Week and today I’m sharing a Christmas Scene card with Car Critters! 🙂 I’ve altered the stamp slightly to give it a different look and I’ve added a little freehand copic sketching to create my holiday scene! 🙂
I have a video for today’s card that you can watch below or over at my YouTube channel!

To start, I used a little post-it note masking to stamp the scene inside my car. I used the backside view of the fox from Snow Globe Scenes to make it look like the car was driving away from you. I colored all the images from Car Critters, Car Critters Christmas Add-On, and Winter Village with copic markers and then die-cut them with the coordinating dies!
I blended my background with Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch, and Chipped Sapphire distress oxide ink and splattered it with water and white gouache to create a snowy sky. I did a little freehand sketching with cool grey and blue copic markers to create the snowy road and then added a little white gouache around the edges of the road with a q-tip to give it more dimension and depth. Then I adhered all the images with a mix of regular adhesive and foam mounting tape and added twine to the tree on the roof of the car. Finally I added white gel pen accents with chunky and prisma glitter for some extra sparkle and shine!
And that’s it for me! Head over to the Lawn Fawn blog for even more inspiration and a chance to win some fun prizes from Lawn Fawn! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a fantastic day!
