I shared this card using the kit on my blog this weekend:
And today, I’m sharing a seasonal set of cards combining my favorite heroscape sets with the December 2020 My Monthly Hero kit!
I have a video for this card set that you can watch below or over at my YouTube channel:
If the video is not visible, please click HERE to head to YouTube to watch!
The layering Heroscape sets from Hero Arts are some of my very favorites because with just a little ink you can create the most gorgeous landscape scenes! Many of the sets have clouds or a sun or moon but we didn’t have a full sky set UNTIL NOW! In each of these cards you’ll see how I’ve just slightly adjusted the set or changed up the colors to create a full years worth of designs! And I hope you’ll also see how easy it is to combine the kit with any of the heroscapes to create lots of cards!
Since I used a lot of sets and inks I’ll include a supply list for each card below the photo!

I also created one more card using the kit and the gorgeous Hope word die!
For this card I ink-blended Summer Sky, Indigo, and Navy ink onto a panel of Lapis cardstock. Then I die-cut the Hope word from gold glitter cardstock and a rainbow of colored cardstock. I inlaid the cardstock into the word, almost like a stained glass window, to create a rainbow effect. Then I stamped the sunrays on the blue card panel with embossing ink and heat-embossed them with gold glitter embossing powder and added the sentiment heat-embossed in gold embossing powder. I tucked a few clouds around the Hope sentiment and adhered them to the panel with foam mounting tape!

The last two are my favorites, the soft colors are pretty and the Gold really make the suns rays look realistic. Thanks for sharing.
