Good morning! Hero Arts is celebrating 45 years, and we are honored and humbled that Concord & 9th is sharing in the celebration! A special “Partners” Hero Arts + Concord & 9th 6×8 clear set, and other related products, is available at Hero Arts starting June 26, and will be available online starting July 10. This collaborative set is a Concord & 9th turnabout but with a Hero Arts twist! 😉 Here’s what I created using the new set!
Isn’t that fun?! I started by stamping the turnabout using ultra pink, raspberry jam, tide pool, and navy inks. After the panel was dry I turned it around in my MISTI four more times inking with versamark over the dye inks. Then I heat-embossed it with sparkle embossing powder before die-cutting it with the second to largest rounded rectangle infinity die! I adhered that panel to a black card panel and then to a white card base.
Next I stamped the You Amaze me with versafine and heat-embossed it with black sparkle embossing powder. Then I stamped the outline shadow around the sentiment with versafine and heat-embossed it with black embossing powder before die-cutting it with the rounded rectangle die. I colored the hearts and star with copic markers and then adhered it to the turnabout panel with foam mounting tape to finish the card!
And that’s it!
To celebrate the release we giving away a prize pack containing the Props Turnabout stamp set, one turnabout jig and one rounded rectangle infinity dies set. Leave a comment on all the hop stops by 11:59PST Sunday, June 30, 2019 and one winner will be chosen randomly from a hop stop and announced next week on the Hero blog!! Janette is your next hop stop!
Thanks so much for stopping by, have a great day, and enjoy the hop!

Reflecting the sentiment back to you, Jessica: once again, YOU amaze me! Love the palette and design of your card! If I owned these sets, I’d make a bunch of lunch box notes for my SIL to give to my niece and nephew…and perhaps even more for her to share with other parents/teachers. I see this collaboration as a perfect way to encourage kids (and others, of course) whenever they may be feeling a little down! Your card has sure perked up my day!
