Good morning! We’re continuing the countdown to the Hero Arts May My Monthly Hero kit today and I’m sharing a card using the new kit!
I kept today’s card fairly simple so I could focus on all the fun details of that gorgeous kitchen die! I stamped the background tile stamp onto Nautical cardstock and heat-embossed it with white embossing powder for a bold and modern kitchen. Then I die-cut the kitchen die from Dove White cardstock and adhered it to the background!
It’s hard to tell in the photograph but I die-cut the pots from a shiny silver metallic cardstock to resemble real pots and then added a sentiment stamped onto Cherry cardstock for a fun pop of color!
And that’s it for me! Head over to the Hero Arts blog for more inspiration using the May My Monthly Hero kit all weekend long!! And then I’ll be back tomorrow with the full kit reveal!!
For a chance to win a kit before you can buy it, just leave a comment on this (and every) Countdown to Creativity post. We’ll randomly draw one lucky winner from all the comments left across all countdown posts. The winner will be announced first thing Monday morning, May 2nd, before the kit launches at 10am Pacific. The more you comment, the more chances to win!
Thanks so much for visiting and enjoy the rest of your weekend!!
