Good morning! There are lots of fun things coming later this week but I did have a quick card to share today! I own all of the WPlus9 Fresh Cut series but haven’t had much time to play with them. I was trying to decide what to use so I asked Ruby for a company suggestion and she said WPlus9. Then, to spice things up, I just reached into my WPlus9 stamps and just blindly grabbed a set. I ended up grabbing Fresh Cut Wreaths and this is what I ended up with!
The layering on this set is a little tricky but it’s worth taking the time to figure it out! I actually made a set of four cards with various wedding and engagement sentiments but the wreath is the same. I used Mama Elephant pigment inks and Hero Arts Shadow dye inks for the stamps. I stamped the sentiments with versafine and then heat-embossed them with clear powder. I used the Basic Set from Mama Elephant to cut the panel with a scalloped edge and then mounted it to a kraft cardbase! To finish the card I die-cut the bow from the Mama Elephant Basic Set and attached it with a glue dot! One word of advice…the MISTI is REALLY helpful for this stamp set! 😉
Thanks so much for visiting and make sure to stop by tomorrow for my last Sparkle installment!
