Good morning! It’s time for a new Lawn Fawnatics challenge and we’re challenging you to use our color palette and moodboard as your inspiration! Here’s what I created:
If you caught my Lawn Fawn projects last week you know that I was working on some fairly intricate cards…so today I wanted to just get back to basics with a little stamping and muted copic coloring for a CAS Christmas card!
I started by stamping and masking the cute critters on a white card base. I colored them with copics and then added the rug under them. On a scrap piece of paper I stamped the dream bubbles with the fish and bone and colored them with copics before die-cutting them with the coordinating dies. I added a little spectrum noir clear sparkle to the cheeks of the dog and cat and the bows on their presents!
I stamped the sentiment onto red cardstock and heat-embossed it with white embossing powder. Next I popped up the sentiment and dream bubbles with foam mounting tape and adhered them to the card panel. Finally I trimmed the panel and matted it to some red plaid patterned paper.
And now it’s your turn! We want to see your Lawn Fawn projects! You can link up your entries on the Lawn Fawnatics blog and I can’t wait to see what you’ll create! Thanks so much for visiting and have an amazing Monday!
