Good morning! It’s time for a new Lawn Fawnatics challenge and it is another great one!!
Today, I decided to use general theme of beautiful beaches to inspire me instead of the specific colors but you can use either! 😉
To start I did a bunch of die-cutting! I die-cut the Tropical Backdrop, Sunrise Backdrop, and Stitched Waves from white cardstock. I blended squeezed lemonade and mustard seed distress oxide ink onto the sunrise panel and salty ocean, blueprint sketch, and chipped sapphire onto the waves. Then I used copics to color the tropical panel except for the frame. I blended picked raspberry, abandoned coral, and ripe persimmon onto another A2 panel and also blended the same colors along the frame of the tropical die.
Then I stamped my sentiment from Smooth Sailing onto the sand with versamark and heat-embossed it with white embossing powder. I adhered the dies together to create my card panel. Earlier last week I had colored the cute images from Smooth Sailing for The Daily Marker coloring challenge and added them to my scene to finish the card!
And now it’s your turn! I can’t wait to see what you create!! You can link up your entries on the Lawn Fawnatics blog! Thanks so much for visiting and have a fabulous day!
