Good morning! It’s time for a new Lawn Fawnatics challenge and it’s a Halloween-themed fun inspiration board!
And here’s what I created:
To start I used a little masking to stamp my Spooky Village onto a panel of white cardstock. Then I die-cut a circle mask and a hill mask so I could create my background. After placing masks on my village, the ground, and moon, I blended mustard seed, wild honey, ripe persimmon, and black soot distress oxide ink onto my panel. I splattered it with water and watered down black soot distress oxide ink and let it dry. Then I removed my moon mask and added a little scattered straw distress oxide ink to the moon and a few splatters of water and black ink. I also blended black soot distress oxide ink onto the ground of my scene.
Once that was totally dry I colored my village using similar colors from the inspiration board. I also stamped the little bats with intense black ink. Once everything was dry I stamped the sentiment from Spooky Village with versamark and heat-embossed it with white embossing powder. Finally I added a few accents with a white gel pen and added crystal glaze to the windows and ghost to finish the card!
And now it’s your turn! I can’t wait to see what you create!! You can link up your entries on the Lawn Fawnatics blog! Thanks so much for visiting and have a fabulous day!

Love that ink blended sunset. I’m always looking for tutorials on ink blending-especially sunsets and Galaxy backgrounds.
