Good morning and welcome to the June 2017 release for Lil’ Inker Designs! We’re introducing a bunch of gorgeous stamps and dies and they’re all available right now! I love that Laura doesn’t make you wait to shop the new release so I totally understand if you want to go shop now, but make sure you come back and comment for a chance to win the entire June release! That’s correct…one lucky commenter will win everything! There’s more details on how to win at the end of my post plus details on an awesome site-wide sale and freebie with purchase! Today I’m sharing two cards I created for this release and a video!
I loved the Lovely and Sweet stamp set and wanted to see if I could easily alter the sentiments with masking to give you even more ways to use the set!
You can watch the video for this watercolor card below or at my Youtube channel!
I used post-it tape to mask the sentiment and then heat-embossed it with white embossing powder on watercolor paper. Then I created an ombre wash with distress inks and created a sparkly shaker card!
For my second card I masked the word ‘sweet’ and added more flourishes and details from the set.
I used a bright pink, red, and dark maroon ink and simply stamped the sentiment onto white cardstock using my MISTI. A nice CAS card! 🙂
And that’s it for day 2! I’ll be back tomorrow with two more projects and one more video! 😉 To celebrate our release Laura is having a site-wide summer 20% sale on all items except the May and June release items and an AWESOME gift with purchases over $100!
You should have arrived from Jennifer and Karen is your next stop. If you get lost you can find the full hop list below! Leave a comment on each stop along the hop and one lucky commenter will win the entire June release! Good luck!
Happy hopping!!

Oh wonderful creation!
I love how you’re showing how versatile this set is by creating a custom sentiment. I’m so impressed! I can be so tunnel vision when I look at a set – I never saw the ability to change up those sentiments the way you did! Impressive stuff! Thanks!!
