Good morning! It’s been FOREVER but I’ve finally got a new video up for you on my personal YouTube channel! One of my 2019 goals is to get back to posting videos on a more regular schedule and to hopefully reach 10,000 subscribers by December 31st! So, if you’re not a subscriber I hope you’ll consider it! 🙂
Today I’m sharing a video featuring copic coloring and this fun stamp from Mama Elephant: The Wild Roar! I don’t often showcase coloring in my videos but I’ve had requests to see more of my coloring so I hope you enjoy the video! If you can’t watch it above you can find it here.
I stamped The Wild Roar onto white cardstock with versafine and heat-embossed it with clear embossing powder before coloring it with copics. It took me about an hour to get it all colored but I’m really happy with how it turned out!
I blended the background using mermaid lagoon, blueprint sketch, and chipped sapphire distress oxide inks and then splattered it with water, diluted ink, and white gouache.
The sentiment is from an older Mama Elephant set and is white heat-embossed on black cardstock. I also finished the card by adding accents to the animals with a white gel pen! 🙂 I hope you enjoy the video and I’d love to know what kind of videos you’d like to see from me!
Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!
