Add-on items can also be purchased at Simon Says Stamp!
I shared this card on the Hero Arts blog over the weekend using one of the word dies and a single sentiment banner stamped in a rainbow of bold inks!
Today I decided to use a different word die from the kit and some of the add-on products to create a sparkly coral card:
I started by laying the Every Which Way stencil on a piece of white cardstock and then blended soft canteloupe, dark quartz, and fresh peach ink over the stencil. Before lifting the stencil I spritzed it liberally with the iridescent shimmer spray. I let it dry for a minute or two and then lifted the stencil to reveal a gorgeous shimmery peachy coral ombre pattern!
Next I smeared the three inks onto a piece of white cardstock and die-cut each color using the fishtail banner. I also die-cut the same banner from vellum three times. I layered them together and tied them to the panel with metallic silver thread. I only adhered the colored fishtail banners with a little bit of adhesive at the top to give it some movement. I did not adhere the vellum. Then I die-cut the gorgeous scripty hello die from the kit from white cardstock and pressed a versamark pad all over it. I heat-embossed it twice with the silver sparkle embossing powder included in the kit for a super sparkly molten embellishment! I adhered the sentiment to the banners but not the background panel to allow the banners to move. Finally I adhered a few sequins and stars for a little extra sparkle! This is such a sparkly, shimmery card and it practically blinds you when it catches the light! 😉
To celebrate the release Hero Arts is giving away one kit as a prize to one blog reader selected from the comments across all of the blogs in the hop so make sure you leave a comment at each hop stop for the most chances to win!
