Good afternoon! Today is the release day for the Hero Arts November 2016 My Monthly Hero and I am so honored and excited to be celebrating the release with the Hero Arts Creative team and other special guests! You should have arrived from Heather but if not, you can head to the Hero Arts Blog to start at the beginning! The November kit is now available for purchase at Hero Arts and once they’re sold out, they’re gone for good so make sure to head over and shop soon!
The kit contains:
- A 4″x6″ clear stamp set
- A set of 13 dies for creating diamond-shaped ornaments and embellishments
- A VersaMark ink cube
- White Puff embossing powder
- 10 half sheets of vellum cardstock
- 2 half sheets of each cardstock: metallic red, metallic blue and patterned
- Ornament hooks and more!
- DC200 Little Messages Stamp & Cut
- DC201 Number It Stamp & Cut
- SA087 Holiday Words Stencil
- CM122 Mini Christmas
This ornament die is so clever! I had a lot of fun using it with the accompanying stamps and dies! And I made a few cards using the stamps! 😉 Don’t forget to check out the bottom of my post for details on how to win a kit! Here’s what I created:
The die is perfect for hiding little candy treats or gifts for the holiday!
And I love how you can customize the look of the box with the stamps and dies! On my second box I used the dies on each triangular panel and lined it with a second vellum box for a more frosted look.
Finally I used the snowflake stamp to make two Christmas cards, a CAS design and a peaceful snowy evening scene!
Love LOVE the versatility of this kit!
You will have endless options for gift holders, tags, and cards with this kit!
To celebrate the release Hero Arts is giving away one kit as a prize to one blog reader selected from the comments across all of the blogs in the hop so make sure you leave a comment at each hop stop for the most chances to win! If you win and have already purchased the kit you will be reimbursed! Here’s a list of all the stops on the hop:

Oh my gosh everything you made is a-ma-zing! I love how you did the trees with the snowflakes, they are just so pretty. I hope I win this set because I can do what you did with that card. All the positions you did with the tree are great! I love all the shades of blue on your white card. I also love the dark blue card with the white trees and the snow in front of it. Those cute little treat boxes, especially the one that looks embossed, are something I can’t wait to make. Great job!

Like many former comments I also love the shades of blue that you used. Also inspired by the distressed snow banks on the card-will definitely have to try that-it softens the snow!!
