Good morning! I shared a post using the new release from The Rabbit Hole Designs earlier this week (you can find it HERE) and today I’m back to share another card using the Bloomin’ Heart set! You can check out the full release HERE!
Isn’t that a pretty image? I started by stamping it onto white cardstock using no-line ink and my MISTI. I left the stamp on the lid of my MISTI. Then I colored it with copic markers in a variety of bright shades using three markers per color. Then I placed the panel back inside my MISTI. I stamped the image again with embossing ink and heat-embossed it with gold sparkle embossing powder. Then I used scissor to fussy cut the image leaving a little bit of a border (mostly to make cutting easier).
Next I colored over all the white cardstock parts with a black copic marker. I knew I wanted a black background and using a black copic to color the edges helped it all blend better together! I die-cut a panel with the You’ve Been Framed layer dies and then added a sentiment from Bloomin’ Heart to finish the card!
