Good morning! Today I’m excited to be a stop on the hop for the Reverse Confetti July release blog hop! I created a card using the adorable Rain or Shine stamp set!
Aren’t those bunnies adorable? I started by stamping a bunch of clouds, the bunnies, and the rainbow with versafine and heat-embossed them with clear embossing powder. I also stamped the bold sentiment on black cardstock and heat-embossed it with white embossing powder. I colored the images with copic markers and then die-cut them with the coordinating dies.
Next I blended spun sugar, picked raspberry, and shaded lilac distress oxide ink onto a stitched panel of strathmore bristol cardstock and splattered it with water and shimmer spray. I blotted off the excess and let it dry. Once it was dry I stamped the rest of the sentiment onto the bottom of the blended area. Then I arranged my scene and adhered everything with a mix of regular adhesive and foam mounting tape. I added a few accents with a white gel pen and then coated the bunny’s tail and rainbow with nuvo crystal glaze for a little extra shine! And that’s it!
