Good morning and welcome to Shaker Saturday! Today’s card is another Apple Blossom commission and I used a previous Shaker Saturday card as inspiration for this one! This was an especially nerve-wracking card to make because I knew it was being given to the Apple Blossom Queen who just happens to be the daughter of Candace Cameron-Bure (better known to 90’s kids as DJ Tanner!). Ha ha, no pressure, right?…
I used the Out on a Limb stamp set from Papertrey Ink and stamped the flowers with Piggy Bank and Sweet Gelato ink from WPlus9. I stamped the darker flowers a second time with versamark and heat-embossed them with silver pearl embossing powder for a little extra shine. The shaker uses vellum instead of acetate for a softer look and is filled with sequins from The Ton in various shades of pink!
Thanks for visiting and Happy Apple Blossom!
I’m entering this card into the Sparkle and Shine Challenge, the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge: Anything Goes, and the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes!

Wow! No pressure indeed! I don’t think my cards have ever made it into the hands of a celebrity family, so kudos to you! This card is a star all on its own, though, and I am loving the way you incorporated the vellum! Genius! Your color palette is gorgeous and those branches and blossoms are perfect. It is sophisticated, yet sassy and fun! You did a phenomenal job here and I’m so glad you shared your talents with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
