Thanks for stopping by for Shaker Saturday! I decided to break out the distress inks and create a nighttime sky with a few shaker elements!
I started off by blending Chipped Sapphire, Seedless Preserves, and Black Soot distress ink onto a piece of white cardstock. Then I dripped water across the panel and spritzed it with shimmer spray. After it dried I die cut the Lawn Fawn Puffy Stars from the panel. I stamped the sentiment with versamark and embossed it with Ranger superfine Silver embossing powder. To create the shaker I used foam mounting tape to go around each star and then filled the stars with tiny silver and iridescent white sparkling stars from Butterfly Reflections Ink! Unfortunately the photo does not do a great job of showing the sparkle and shimmer of the watercolor panel; but in person, it really glitters! Thanks for visiting and have a fabulous weekend!
