Good morning! Just a quick card to share using the new Beautiful Day stamp set from Altenew…really this stamp set kinda sells itself! Super easy-layering using the Altenew inks and it’s just stunning!
I used my Scan N Cut to cut out the flower once all three layers were stamped and the outline layer was heat-embossed with gold tinsel powder. I heat-embossed foliage in the background and then added a sentiment embossed on vellum. The flower was adhered with foam mounting tape for a little extra dimension and the entire panel was adhered to a pink card base.
I actually struggled with this card for awhile because I kept trying to do too much. When I finally just placed the cut out flower on the desk in front of me and looked at it I realized that I didn’t have to do so much! I don’t normally think of myself as a CAS designer but this flower makes quite a statement all on it’s own! 🙂
Whew, I can’t believe there’s only a week left to November…I’ve never blogged daily for such a long stretch…it’s been a little rough here and there but I’m ready to finish out the month! 🙂

What a beautiful card Jessica! Love that little strip of vellum and how it lets the sentiment shine through without hiding the images behind.
