Good morning! I’m so excited to be a stop on the hop for the April release from Waffle Flower! Here’s what I created today using some of the adorable new birthday products!!
To start I blended squeezed lemonade, dried marigold, picked raspberry, and abandoned coral distress oxide ink onto a panel of strathmore bristol smooth cardstock. Next I placed the one of the Confetti Duo stencils onto my panel and applied a thin layer of moonstone glimmer paste through the stencil. I let it dry and then flipped the stencil and applied another layer of moonstone glimmer paste. Once that was dry I applied a layer of gold glitter paste through the second stencil from the Confetti Duo. I let that dry and then flipped the stencil one final time and applied a layer of gold mousse through the stencil to create lots of glittery dimension!
I adore the Birthday Kitties so I stamped one and the gift boxes with versafine and heat-embossed them with clear embossing powder. I colored them with copic markers and then die-cut them with the coordinating dies. Once my stenciled panel was totally dry I adhered it to a top folding card base. I adhered my stamped images with foam mounting tape and then added a little spectrum noir clear sparkle to the gift boxes and hat to finish the card!
And that’s it for today! I’d love to know your favorite products from the April release!!

Such a darling card! I love how you used that stencil with the different pastes. Inspirational. My favorite item of this release is the plaid diamond die. I am always in need of great backgrounds and I really like this one.
