Good morning! I am so excited to be a stop on the hop celebrating the gorgeous July release from Waffle Flower Stamps! Today I’m sharing a card using the pretty Bouquet Builder 4 stamp set!
To start I stamped the lily from Bouquet Builder 4 onto watercolor paper and watercolored it using watercolor markers in the shades rouge, rubellite, crimson, emerald, autumn blaze, and jet black. I let it dry and then die-cut it with the coordinating dies. Then I added a few accents with a black glaze pen and a white gel pen. I also stamped a sentiment from the older Sentiment Label set and die-cut it with the coordinating die.
I created the alcohol ink background using copic refills in BG10, BG11, and B66 along with Pinata brass metallic ink. You can see similar, but more muted backgrounds here. I decided to add a little bit of extra gold accents using liquid adhesive and gold flake. I adhered my flower and sentiment with foam mounting tape and then finished the card with a few gold sequins.
And that’s it! I hope you enjoyed my card and it gives you some inspiration for pairing these gorgeous new florals with unique alcohol ink backgrounds!
To celebrate the release, Waffle Flower is giving away $25 gift certificates to THREE lucky winners. You can leave comments on my blog and along the hop by 11:59pm ET on July 8th, 2019 for a chance to win. Winners will be chosen at random from the comments left on any of the posts on this blog hop and will be announced on the Waffle Flower blog on July 9th, 2019. You should have arrived from Amy and and my amazingly talented friend, Emily, is your next stop!
Thanks so much for visiting and have an amazing day!

Your alcohol ink background is gorgeous and perfect to set off your beautifully colored flower from the Bouquet Builder 4 set that I love from this release. The gold is just the right finishing touch. Watercoloring and playing with alcohol inks are two favorite coloring mediums for me right now and I love to see what others are creating with them!
