Good morning! I’ve got lots of pre-Thanksgiving running around to do today but I wanted to stop in briefly to share a fun shaker card! This year we’re looking at a 70 degree holiday; but last year we had snow on Thanksgiving and I thought I’d do a snowy shaker with this elegant sentiment stamp from So Suzy Stamps!
I heat-embossed the sentiment from So Suzy Stamps and snowflakes from The Ton with white embossing powder and then blended on distress inks in broken china, mermaid lagoon, and tumbled glass. I also added flecks of water and lots of iridescent medium for extra sparkle and shimmer. Finally I added the Fresh Snow and Elsa’s Dress couture mixes from The Ton to create my shaker! Here’s a close up look at those sparkly beads!
I LOVE those long bugle beads!! And the frosted ones! And the silver metallic ones!!…Ha, yeah I just love them all! 😉
